📦 Return Conditions

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be new, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • No damage caused by mishandling should be visible.

  • Hygiene-related products must be properly cleaned before being returned.

  • For defective or damaged items received upon delivery, please include a photo as proof when contacting us.

👉 Please note: Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility.
However, in the case of damaged or defective items upon delivery, return costs may be reimbursed.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items arrive used, worn, or damaged for reasons not attributable to us.


🔁 How to Make a Return

Our team will review your request and send you the correct return address within two business days.
⚠️ Do not return packages to the sender’s address shown on the parcel, as this is not our processing center.

Once your return has been received and inspected, it will be processed within 7 business days.


💬 Right of Withdrawal

You have a 30-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you (or the person designated by you) received the goods.

Since we use an automated order system, cancellations after order confirmation are not always possible.
If your order has already been shipped, please wait until delivery before starting the return process.

💰 Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days, using your original payment method (unless otherwise agreed).
